Patti Chapnick

Patti has been selling Real Estate since 1990. From 1990-1999, she worked at Prudential Fox and Lazo in Voorhees, NJ. From 1999-Present at RE/MAX Properties, LTD in Newtown, Pa. Patti has sold over 400 homes since working at Remax Prop in Newton, PA. She has won numerous awards throughout her career including:

Prior to Real estate, Patti was in the nursing field at Atlantic City Medical Center, and Albert Einstein Medical Center. Patti was also in the Casino Industry - she worked at Harrah's, Trump Taj Mahal, Hilton and Resorts casinos. She worked as a Cocktail waitress, Blackjack and Roulette dealer, Casino Supervisor, Pit boss, Casino Host, Executive Casino host, Junket Rep and Customer Development Executive.

John Donahue

John has enjoyed the twenty-six years he's been helping people in Real Estate for RE/MAX Properties, Ltd. Holding several certifications and many awards ((ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative, (CDPE) Certified Distressed Property Expert, (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute, (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist) helps him better serve his buyer and seller clients. Before real estate, John was in Law Enforcement from 1966 to 1985. He served as a patrol officer in Upper Makefield and Upper Southampton. John was also a detective for Upper Southampton Twp. Moving across town or across the country, we can help, "Because we care".

John served in the USAF from 1960 to 1964 and is now a member of the American Legion and the VFW.

Sue Murphy

Providing customer service beyond customer's expectations is Sue's goal!

Born + raised in Bucks County, PA, Sue knows the area well.  A Council Rock High School Graduate, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Advertising from Rider College.  She went on to own and run her own family restaurant and became polished in the concept of customer service.  She is presently married, has three children, and two dogs.  Her interests include gardening, photography, and "being a Philadelphia Fan!”

As customer service became almost second nature to Sue, she moved into the field of real estate.  She made the successful transfer to RE/MAX Properties in 2007.  She has joined and blended well with the Chapnick team.  Though well rounded in all areas of residential buying and selling, locating bank owned listings at reduced prices has become a specialty.  She is a dedicated agent and hard worker who will see your deal through. 

Howard Simon

Under the tutorage of Patti Chapnick, Howard began a second career in real estate sales in 2002 after completing 30 years as a successful business journalist for Knight-Ridder Newspapers and the Economist Group. Howard’s knowledge of markets positioned him well in articulating the real estate market to prospective buyers and sellers. Through the years, Howard has worked as a listing agent, buyer’s agent and most recently is working to develop his referral business.
